In all of our products, we use only 100% Irish Pork. We focus on gentle cures and traditional methods. Time and technique is valued above additives and cost saving bulking agents used by large scale manufacturers. Amongst our products are rarities like traditional Irish fresh blood black pudding and proper rashers and sausages.
